About The Position

Spark Advisors is building healthcare technology to address the complexities seniors face with Medicare plans, which can impact their prescriptions, access to care, and finances. Independent Medicare advisors are crucial in guiding seniors, but have been hindered by outdated tools. Spark provides a platform combining AI, CRM, and client services to help over 10,000 brokers acquire, enroll, and support clients. The team includes talent from companies like Square, Ramp, Yext, Oscar, and Cedar, and is backed by Primary Ventures and Viewpoint Ventures. Spark offers remote work, sabbaticals, and company retreats, and was recognized as one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces of 2025. The company is seeking individuals to help redefine the future of healthcare technology.
