Position Summary The Director of Finance - Broadband is a key strategic and operational finance leadership role at AFL. This individual serves as the primary finance business partner to the Broadband business unit, with responsibility for the unit's P&L, including revenue, margin, operating expense, operating income, and capital, as well as a leading role in the broader financial planning and analysis agenda. The role connects financial rigor with commercial execution by translating market dynamics, customer demand, and product performance into clear financial insight that supports profitable growth. The Director partners closely with Broadband commercial, product management, and operations leaders to ensure financial plans reflect market and operational realities and that business decisions are made with clear financial visibility. The position leads a team of finance professionals, reports to the VP of Finance, Product Solutions, and serves as the primary finance partner to the Broadband business unit leadership team.
