Requirements

Bachelor's degree, Certified Healthcare Facility Manager or equivalent work experience
Business Administration major/area of concentration
Working knowledge of OHSA requirements, CMS/TJC requirements, State of Ohio fire code, and EPA regulations required
De-escalation training within 6 months.
5-7 years Management experience in a Facility Operations

Nice To Haves

Completion of OSHA 30-hour course
5-7 years Management experience in a healthcare or hospital setting

Responsibilities

Oversight of existing facilities and infrastructure including preventative maintenance, capital renewal, and capital improvement projects.
Development of strategic and operational goals specific to the department.
Overall life-cycle project management with responsibility to provide expertise, coordination, direction, and oversight on multiple projects simultaneously.
Ensures compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC), NFPA/NEC, OSHA, Life Safety Code, and other regulatory agency requirements, as well as following Adena Health System policies.
