About The Position

Responsible for supporting the development and execution of executive communications and corporate messaging strategies, with a primary focus on advancing leadership visibility and ensuring consistency in organizational messaging. Supports the development and execution of executive communications strategies, including internal and external visibility opportunities such as speaking engagements and social media. Drafts communications including emails, intranet content, talking points, and speeches for senior executives. Evaluates and helps manage internal and external engagement opportunities, ensuring alignment with established strategy and messaging priorities. Manages and executes social media content (including LinkedIn) in alignment with defined strategy and guidance. Partners with Corporate Communications to ensure executive messaging aligns with enterprise messaging frameworks and priorities. Contributes to the development and refinement of corporate messaging tools, such as message frameworks and thought leadership content. Supports the dissemination and adoption of messaging tools across business units and functions. Researches and develops supporting materials and proof points to reinforce key messages. Partners with stakeholders to ensure messaging is actionable and relevant at the local and functional level. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field required
  • 6+ years experience in corporate communications, executive communications, or a related field required
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences required

  • Experience supporting executive communications and/or social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) preferred
