About The Position

This role is responsible for developing and executing the ERP strategy, aligning it with organizational objectives and business needs. The Director will serve as the organization's subject matter expert on SAP capabilities and trends, collaborating with senior leadership to identify and prioritize ERP-related initiatives. Key responsibilities include overseeing the deployment, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP platforms and integrated systems, leading system migrations, upgrades, and optimization projects, and ensuring the integrity, security, and reliability of ERP data and operations. The position also involves building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team of ERP and SAP specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement, and providing training and development opportunities. Additionally, the Director will identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency through SAP solutions, collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and configure SAP systems, monitor system performance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Establishing robust data governance practices and ensuring adherence to security protocols are also critical aspects of this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or related.
  • 8 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or related.
  • 8 years of experience with ERP systems, including full-lifecycle SAP implementation and configuration management.
  • 5 years of experience with analytics tools and business intelligence applications within SAP, including SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Experience engaging stakeholders and managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience integrating technologies, cloud platforms, and ERP architecture.
  • Experience in ERP project management.
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
