About The Position

The Director of Enterprise Platforms is accountable for the operational health, security, scalability, and ongoing evolution of Envision’s enterprise SaaS platforms, including Oracle Fusion Cloud and UKG Pro WFM. The role ensures platforms function as reliable, well‑engineered enterprise systems that support business execution within a regulated healthcare environment. This position owns the full platform lifecycle, including architecture, release readiness, integrations, operational stability, and continuous improvement. The Director leads a team of platform organization across engineering, architecture, delivery, and management roles. The role partners closely with HRIS, Finance/Accounting IS, and operational stakeholders while retaining clear accountability for platform outcomes, technical decisions, and engineering standards.

Requirements

Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
Experience with UKG Pro WFM
Leadership experience
Experience in engineering, architecture, delivery, and management roles
Partnership with HRIS, Finance/Accounting IS, and operational stakeholders
Accountability for platform outcomes, technical decisions, and engineering standards
