Alkami is seeking a Director of Enablement to build and lead the enablement infrastructure for a modern revenue organization. This role reports to the VP of Revenue Operations and will own the entire enablement ecosystem, including programs, processes, content, training rhythms, and operating mechanisms. The goal is to enhance the productivity and measurable revenue impact of customer-facing teams. The Director will translate Alkami’s sales methodology and process into a durable enablement system covering methodology, onboarding, product training, manager coaching, stage discipline, competitive readiness, and repeatable field execution. The ideal candidate possesses strong fintech fluency, creative problem-solving skills, and a methodical operating style, capable of transforming ambiguity into structure and simplifying complex processes to improve seller confidence, leadership consistency, and business outcomes.
