Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise transformation, operating model design, process improvement, or strategic delivery.
  • Strong understanding of business architecture practices, including capability mapping, value stream mapping, operating model design, and strategy-to-execution alignment.
  • Experience developing business architecture artifacts that support transformation planning, portfolio prioritization, and executive decision-making.
  • Proven ability to connect business strategy, client needs, operational processes, data, technology, and risk considerations into coherent future-state designs.
  • Experience partnering with enterprise, solution, data, and technology architects to ensure business intent is reflected in solution design.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex transformation initiatives involving process redesign, technology modernization, and organizational change.
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, BIZBOK, or related business architecture methodologies.
  • Experience coaching or leading business analysts, process engineers, product owners, or architecture professionals.
  • Curiosity and practical understanding of how AI, automation, and digital tools can improve business outcomes.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and create clear recommendations against desired outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership by shaping architecture roadmaps aligned with emerging business models and technologies
  • Drive innovative business solutions, setting direction for the Enablement team
  • Lead the development of modernization strategies, including future-state operating models and technology roadmaps
  • Own and evolve the business architecture framework, creating capability maps and transformation artifacts to support enterprise goals
  • Partner with Product Owners and IT Architects to translate product vision into prioritized architecture roadmaps
  • Explore practical opportunities to apply AI and automation as enablers of process improvement, decision support, and business scalability
  • Apply design thinking, agile delivery, and product management best practices to build scalable, client-centric solutions
  • Lead the analysis and redesign of business processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance client experience
  • Ensure risk management and governance by implementing controls and aligning architecture decisions with enterprise standards
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team of business architecture, process engineering, and enablement professionals
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, representing Enablement in executive forums and steering committees
