Maven is seeking an exceptional sales Director to join its Employer Sales team. This role will lead a high-performing team responsible for driving growth across the employer segment. The Director will create market demand, develop strategic approaches to prospects and buyers, and structure deals that are compelling, scalable, and aligned with Maven’s long-term growth. As a category-defining company operating in a fast-paced environment, success in this role requires the ability to evangelize Maven’s value with credibility and conviction—across the team, prospects, consultants, and the broader market. This role reports to the VP of Employer Sales.
