The Employer Services Specialist plays a key role in keeping child support payments flowing to families by serving as the primary liaison between our offices and the employers who process Income Withholding Orders. Day to day, that means monitoring IWO compliance, investigating payment lapses, and working with employers and noncustodial parents to get payments back on track — whether that's confirming a job change or coordinating when payments will resume. The role also includes handling inbound calls from employers at our Central Service Center, conducting proactive employer outreach, and providing general administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
