About The Position

UKG's New Logo Sales team is looking for a Director of Sales to join our US-based team. This is the ideal opportunity for a leader who wants to lead, coach, manage and grow our team of Strategic Development Managers, providing structure and accountability while assisting in sales strategy development. We are looking for someone who will lead by example, earn trust, empower and grow, as well as inspire and motivate their sales team family all through open and collaborative communication.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in HCM domain
  • Previous experience in leadership role in a sales focused environment
  • 30-40% travel required

  • Coach, develop, and grow/train top talent by creating a collaborative team.
  • Communicate openly, listen intently, and earn trust.
  • Inspire and motivate.
