Within Aeroflow Health, the Emerging Markets team functions as a fast-moving innovation group focused on supporting new products, partnerships, and business initiatives across the organization. As a Brand Designer, you will help bring new ideas to life visually across multiple audiences and brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, adapts quickly, and can move between different design styles and business needs with ease. You will support marketing, business development, and internal innovation efforts by creating polished visual assets that help communicate ideas clearly and consistently across B2B and B2C channels. This role works closely with internal stakeholders across Emerging Markets, Business Units, UX, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design or brand design experience
  • Strong preference for Agency experience or experience managing a multi-brand portfolio.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Portfolio demonstrates: multi-brand work, campaign execution, visual identity development, and marketing collateral design.
  • Visual Code-Switching: The ability to design a sophisticated, data-driven pitch for a health plan (B2B) in the morning and a warm, accessible social campaign for a patient (B2C) in the afternoon.
  • The "Agency Mindset": Proven ability to pivot between different brand voices and healthcare verticals with ease.
  • Conceptual Storyboarding: Ability to visualize a user journey or a service implementation before the final assets even exist.
  • Presentation & Concept Visualization: Ability to create polished presentations, mockups, and visual concepts that help communicate ideas clearly across business and creative stakeholders.
  • Strategic Design: You don't just make things "look pretty;" you design with business goals and scalability in mind.

Responsibilities

  • Design marketing and communication assets across a variety of channels, including: B2B presentations and sales collateral, Social media graphics, Email creative, Digital ads, Internal presentation materials, Patient-facing educational and promotional content.
  • Support multiple brands, initiatives, and concepts simultaneously while adapting visual approaches based on the audience, business unit, or project need.
  • Assist in the creation and expansion of visual brand elements including: Logos, Typography systems, Color palettes, Iconography, Marketing templates, Brand collateral packages.
  • Partner with UX and technical teams to create mockups, workflow visuals, and concept layouts that help communicate user experiences and system integrations. This role is not responsible for full UX/UI ownership or front-end development, but should be comfortable working within Figma and contributing to visual concepting and user-flow discussions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Emerging Markets, Business Units, Braze, paid media partners, and other internal teams to execute design requests and support evolving business priorities.
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and professionally while balancing multiple priorities and timelines in a collaborative environment.
