As a Director, Education to Career, you will lead community-led, cross-sector partnerships that design and activate education-to-career pathways so that young people experience coherent, high-quality academic, postsecondary, and workforce opportunities aligned to local economic development. You will build and convene large teams of community leaders that can mobilize their community to engage on pivotal issues tied to student outcomes and social and economic mobility. Directors will participate in developing leaders, designing plans and strategies, setting, and hitting goals, planning actions, and identifying strategic opportunities to expand the partnerships' scale and scope. You will utilize and train others to use best practices and research-based methods to recruit new supporters and work to ensure sustained outcomes for students and communities.
