Requirements

Strong background in front-end technologies (React, Angular, Microservices, .NET, Java, etc.).
Experience with secure, high-availability architectures and payment systems.
Proven success managing large-scale digital products.
Ability to balance technical feasibility with business priorities.
Exceptional team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Define Product Vision & Strategy: Establish and communicate the roadmap for UPS.com shipping and payment platforms. Align product initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
Drive Technology Excellence: Architect and oversee development of mission-critical, internet-facing applications. Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards.
Lead Teams & Stakeholders: Inspire and manage cross-functional product and engineering teams. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritize features and deliver value.
Operational Leadership: Monitor KPIs, ensure agile delivery, and maintain high-quality standards. Resolve technical challenges and guide teams toward innovative solutions.
