The Director of Digital Product Content & Merchandising is responsible for leading the digital product experience across ecommerce channels by ensuring products are discoverable, compelling, conversion-optimized, and customer-ready. This role oversees digital product content strategy, merchandising optimization, onsite discoverability, and performance insights to drive traffic, engagement, conversion, and revenue growth. This leader serves as the strategic bridge between Ecommerce, Merchandising, Product Content, Marketing, Analytics, UX, and supplier partners to ensure digital product experiences align with customer expectations and business objectives. While operational product data is managed separately, this role owns the customer-facing digital product experience — ensuring digital content is complete, enriched, optimized, and aligned to how customers search, shop, compare, and purchase online.
