About The Position

This role owns how the US market finds WeRoad online. The primary focus is on paid social and search, managing end-to-end campaign strategy, daily operations, bids and budgets, creative testing, landing pages, and performance analysis. It's a builder's role with a high volume of creative work, fast test cycles, AI-assisted production, and no legacy playbook. The position reports to the General Manager US, with a dotted line to the HQ Head of Digital Acquisition.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on performance marketing for a consumer brand, with Meta as a primary focus, ideally for a considered, higher-ticket purchase (travel, experiences, fitness, education, membership).
  • Fluency in modern Meta marketing, understanding audience personas as messaging inputs and not ad-set architecture.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads (e.g., PMAX, scripts, account structure, geo variations).
  • Creative judgment and a volume mindset, comfortable using AI tools for ad creative production and iteration.
  • Landing page experience: ability to brief, test, and read landing page results independently.
  • Analytical honesty: reporting true numbers and clearly stating attribution limits.
  • Comfort operating in a matrixed organization, influencing through clarity and results.
  • Authorized to work in the US.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience running paid for a travel, experience, or community brand, or launching a European brand in the US.
  • Experience with TikTok ads, YouTube, or affiliate marketing beyond Meta and Google.
  • Working knowledge of SEO/content or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience building or heavily using AI-powered creative or marketing tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Own US paid growth, end-to-end campaign management across Meta and Google, including budget allocation, campaign architecture, bidding, optimization, and pacing.
  • Run a high-velocity creative testing pipeline using an AI-assisted ad production system, creators, and the brand team.
  • Own the paid funnel after the click, including destination and campaign landing pages, page testing, and conversion-rate improvement.
  • Plan and execute the US side of global tentpole campaigns (e.g., Early Bird, Black Friday), including offer framing, creative, budget, and post-mortem analysis.
  • Size, test, and scale new demand sources like TikTok ads, YouTube, and affiliates, with written case studies and readouts.
  • Analyze campaign and product performance using provided tools (BigQuery, Amplitude, dashboards) to drive budget and channel investment strategy.
  • Own US paid reporting, including spend, CAC, conversion, and creative performance, delivering honest assessments and recommendations.
