About The Position

Silicon Labs is seeking a Director, Digital IP Roadmap to define and drive the roadmap for its digital IP portfolio, which provides a foundation for products across the company. The role connects current and future product needs with the development and evolution of the IPs that support them. It gathers input from product definition, architecture, design, applications, customers, and emerging industry standards, then assesses needs, sets priorities, and guides roadmap planning for a portfolio of more than 200 IPs. The director also contributes to processes that help teams align development with the roadmap. This is a senior, highly collaborative role working with IP managers and design teams across multiple global sites. Those teams remain responsible for executing development work. The director applies technical expertise to evaluate proposed features and tradeoffs, understand implementation effort, and build a roadmap that is useful to the business and grounded in engineering realities. The position is based in Austin, Texas.
