About The Position
NVIDIA’s Legal team is seeking a Director, IP Licensing to join a dynamic and growing company and Legal team. The Legal Department works at the intersection of law and technology, providing legal solutions on major technology trends, including graphics, artificial intelligence, and high-performance computing. The role partners with NVIDIA’s legal and executive teams on IP licensing matters, manages related pre-litigation activities, and negotiates licenses.
Requirements
- J.D. degree and license to practice law in California.
- 10+ years of experience in U.S. federal IP litigation.
- 4+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong written and oral advocacy.
- Great judgment and management skills.

- Technical expertise in computer hardware and software.
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities
