Rad AI is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to build and lead its demand generation engine. This is a high-impact role for a strategic operator who can set direction, translate strategy into executable programs, and personally drive the work forward. The role involves owning the demand generation roadmap, leading integrated campaigns, managing investment decisions, and building the operating discipline required to generate qualified enterprise pipeline. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing programs that support revenue growth across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. This role requires close collaboration with Marketing Operations, Sales, RevOps, Marketing Communications, and Product Marketing to create a coordinated demand engine. The Director will be expected to set the vision, establish the plan, make decisions, and stay closely involved in campaign execution and improvement, rather than solely developing strategy or managing agencies.
