As a Director, Demand Generation, you'll be a driving force in our demand generation engine. You’ll own the strategy, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that fuel our pipeline and drive business growth. You’re a data-driven and creative marketer who thrives on analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization, and constantly iterating to achieve ambitious results. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Generation or Digital Marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a B2B environment is required.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building a collaborative, results-oriented culture
  • Technical system literacy in systems similar to or including Salesforce, Pardot, Demandbase, Consensus, and the Google Suite
  • Ability to translate complex data into executive-level analysis, reporting, and presentation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using generativeAI and/or AI agents
  • Experience marketing to human resources personas

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, webinars, events, social, trade pubs, and more), working within established strategies and guidelines.
  • Define campaign plans, channels, ABM approaches, and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximize impact.
  • Manage campaign deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track, within budget, and adhere to quality standards.
  • Leverage AI agents and automated frameworks to eliminate repetitive tasks, freeing your time for high-level strategy and creative problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with the content and portfolio marketing teams to develop compelling campaign messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to messaging guidelines across all campaign assets.
  • Ability to translate complex data into executive-level standardized readouts that focus on pipeline momentum and ROI rather than just open rates.
  • Maintain status reports for all current campaigns, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Empower BDR and Sales teams with the tools and insights needed to turn leads into relationships.
  • Through regular 'Smarketing' updates and the strategic use of Seismic and Demandbase, you will foster a collaborative environment where sales and marketing move with a shared sense of purpose.
