About The Position
As the Director of Data Science, you will lead the development and deployment of advanced analytical models and data strategies that drive business value across multiple domains. This role requires expertise in machine learning, data visualization, and coding to translate complex business challenges into actionable insights. You will oversee model validation, data quality, and team mentorship while collaborating cross-functionally to align data initiatives with organizational goals. Requirements
- Extensive experience in data science, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytical modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python, SQL, and Java for code development, testing, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of data strategy, data quality, and data governance principles to drive business value.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams, managing projects, and fostering continuous learning and innovation.
- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 6 years' experience in an analytics related field.
- Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 4 years' experience in an analytics related field.
- 8 years' experience in an analytics or related field
