About The Position

The Director, Data Enablement & Standards leads strategic data enablement priorities that require coordination across business, technical, and system partners. The role translates business needs into shared standards, repeatable processes, and clear accountability, and owns the approach, coordination, and progress on agreed priorities while business, specialist, and technical teams retain ownership of their data, decisions, and platforms. The leader will help North America Operating Unit (NAOU) and its bottling partners make data easier to understand, access, connect, and use. Initial priorities include improving how NAOU manages and realizes value from third-party data and advancing shared data standards across the North America system. The role may also take on further priorities where coordination, common approaches, and focused leadership can improve decision-making and help the system move faster. The position works across NAOU, Bottlers, CONA, CCBSS, Data & AI, and enabling functions. It shapes portfolios and roadmaps, resolves process and ownership barriers, aligns stakeholders, supports responsible data access and use, and establishes mechanisms for prioritization, decision-making, adoption, and follow-through. The role uses Data & AI tools where they can reduce friction and improve decision support while maintaining human accountability. A bachelor's degree in Business, Data & Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Candidates must have at least seven years of relevant experience in data, analytics, data management, or related business roles, including leading cross-functional initiatives. The role is based in Atlanta, United States, with 0%–25% travel. The Coca-Cola Company will not sponsor employment-based visas for this position; applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without requiring company sponsorship.
