About The Position

The Director, Data Center Implementations Program Management leads the Avengers Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) teams and drives operational excellence and technical standardization across data centers, warehouses, and enterprise training and onboarding functions. The role oversees complex technical builds, core warehouse processes, and scalable training frameworks to promote workforce readiness, consistent execution, and compliance with Standard Work Instructions (SWI). The position is open to candidates based remotely anywhere in the United States and requires travel up to 75%.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
At least 7 years of program/project management experience.
Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
Strong knowledge of vertical supply chain and supply chain systems.
Ability to travel up to 75%.
Must possess a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or passport to comply with federal travel regulations.
Familiarity with and ability to comply with TSA security procedures.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of supply-chain growth strategies and drive new account growth through solutions development.
Build and improve strategic relationships with the client’s senior management team.
Ensure annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals are attained at each client engagement.
Develop short-range and long-range organizational plans and goals; ensure VOC/VOM KPIs are meaningful, aligned, and regularly achieved.
Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities and sustain a Lean culture.
Manage account-driven initiatives.
Ensure customer contractual obligations are met.
Lead, mentor, and deploy Avengers Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide specialized support across data center facility networks.
Establish and maintain operational standards, troubleshooting frameworks, and best practices across data center and warehouse environments.
Drive continuous improvement to optimize efficiency, reduce friction, and align tactical execution with regional strategy.
Streamline material flow, receiving and shipping processes, and carrier management.
Maintain stock accuracy, lead cycle-counting programs, and enforce audit protocols.
Drive WMS utilization, troubleshooting, optimization, and system-driven workflow compliance.
Direct the client-wide Training & Onboarding team.
Design and execute orientation and integration programs for incoming staff.
Deliver technical and operational training in compliance with Standard Work Instructions (SWI).
Develop and implement skill evaluations and competency sign-offs to verify staff readiness before independent deployment.
Travel domestically by road, rail, and air as required and in accordance with company travel and expense requirements.
