We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and commercially-minded Director, Data Analytics to enable the organization’s AI-driven growth and operational excellence by integrating revenue intelligence and strategic market analysis into business operations. Your Impact The Director will lead and oversee the strategic direction and execution of data analytics initiatives. This role is responsible for driving development of our data infrastructure and data-driven insights to enhance business performance and innovation across the organization. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure alignment with organizational goals to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in data analytics, revenue strategy, or digital transformation, with at least 10 years in a leadership role within a global technology organization (preferably hyperscalers)
  • Demonstrable experience leading analytics teams, managing performance, and overseeing global business planning (eg: headcount, OpEx, and reporting).
  • Proven experience working directly with data warehouses, data science lifecycles, and data visualization suites (eg: Tableau, Looker Studio, PowerBI, etc.) to drive multi-million dollar revenue opportunities.
  • Demonstrable experience establishing and overseeing data governance, compliance, and privacy frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Economics, Business, Statistics, or Engineering); MBA preferred.

  • Expertise in AI literacy, prompt engineering, and advanced data manipulation (SQL, expert-level Sheets/Excel).
  • Proven track record of thought leadership, including published market-based narrative analysis and experience presenting to senior management and external industry events.
  • Demonstrated success in fostering innovation and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a history of influencing cross-functional stakeholders in finance, legal, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction and execution of data analytics initiatives, serving as the primary revenue strategy lead for senior leadership.
  • Drive global business planning across headcount, OpEx, mission, vision, and OKRs to support the global sell side organization.
  • Establish foundational infrastructure to deliver AI-driven insights and centralized pipeline reporting for executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, business units, and technical teams to align analytics initiatives with overall business strategy and revenue targets.
  • Manage and develop high-performing analytical teams, fostering a culture of "narrative analysis" to translate complex data into actionable market perspectives.
  • Oversee risk management related to data quality, data sharing, and compliance while ensuring robust performance management across all analytical functions.
  • Foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders—including finance, legal, and product teams—to drive revenue-generating optimization opportunities.
