About The Position

CMI Media Group, a leading healthcare marketing agency, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director to lead their Data Analytics team. This role involves defining and executing the strategic vision for the Customer Insights & Analytics department, driving innovation in data management, product development, and client deliverables. The Director will guide a team of analysts, foster a culture of collaboration and analytical excellence, and mentor them to deliver impactful results. A key aspect of the role is collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions. The Director will also evaluate and establish relationships with data suppliers and partners, seeking out new technologies to enhance proprietary assets. Additionally, they will represent CMI Media Group at industry events and client pitches, showcasing expertise in data-driven healthcare marketing.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing analytics.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful data-driven strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and understand client needs.
  • 5+ years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Relentless curiosity and drive to explore new technologies and methodologies.
