  • Deliver solutions that balance technical performance, manufacturability, scalability, capital efficiency, and node cost objectives.
  • Partner with Process Integration, Equipment Development, Manufacturing and Procurement teams to influence technology tradeoffs, supplier strategies, and investment decisions.
  • Provide technical assessments, strategic recommendations, and execution updates to senior leadership.
  • Lead strategic engagements with equipment and materials suppliers supporting FOAK process and hardware development.
  • Influence supplier roadmaps and co-development activities to enable future technology requirements.
  • Drive evaluation and deployment of emerging technologies that provide competitive advantage for future DRAM nodes.
  • Establish strong external partnerships that accelerate learning, innovation, and technology deployment.
