As the Director Customer Insights & Integration, Marketing & Creative Effectiveness you will lead and elevate the impact of insights as a strategic driver of decision-making within the Marketing Organization. This includes guiding how insights are identified, prioritized, integrated, and activated on to inform and optimize messaging strategy. In this role you will lead Brand campaign measurement and creative research, ensuring messaging drives intended brand and business outcomes. You’ll work across the campaign lifecycle - informing the strategic brief, influencing creative development, assessing in-market performance, and translating learnings into clear strategic guidance that improves future messaging effectiveness. This work will be led in close partnership with, and for, internal Brand Planning, Media Strategy, Creative, and Analytics teams. You will also shape and advance the capability by bringing forth best in class/emerging research techniques and ensuring measurement connects tools and insights across sources into cohesive, strategic narratives that unlock business impact (e.g. macro trends, brand perceptions, campaign, creative and media performance, customer analytics, MMM). This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location.
