Director, Corporate, M&A and Securities We have an opportunity for a Director, Corporate, M&A and Securities to join our Legal team, reporting to the VP Legal . In this pivotal role, you will serve as a broad corporate legal leader leading the full spectrum of M&A, strategic transactions, securities, corporate governance, disclosure controls, equity compensation and equity plan matters, and other corporate legal matters. This role demands public securities and M&A expertise, executive-level influence and the ability to operate strategically, proactively, and autonomously across functions and geographies.
