About The Position

We have an opportunity for a Director, Corporate, M&A and Securities to join our Legal team, reporting to the VP Legal. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a broad corporate legal leader leading the full spectrum of M&A, strategic transactions, securities, corporate governance, disclosure controls, equity compensation and equity plan matters, and other corporate legal matters. This role demands public securities and M&A expertise, executive-level influence and the ability to operate strategically, proactively, and autonomously across functions and geographies. Infoblox's Legal, Compliance & Affairs organization operates as a flat, outcome-based network, not a traditional pyramid. Every team member owns matters end-to-end across functional boundaries, supported by on-demand expertise and playbook guardrails rather than layered approvals. We are AI-first in how we work, decide, and deliver. We believe everybody does everything — T-shaped professionals who continuously expand cross-domain knowledge. Here, your value is measured by the problems you can own start-to-finish, not by title or team size. If you thrive with autonomy, intellectual curiosity, and a no-ego, bias-toward-action mindset, you'll feel at home.
