Lifemark Health Group (“Lifemark”) is a diversified healthcare company in business since 1998 and has grown by acquisition over the past 20 years to include over 370 facilities across Canada. Lifemark has facilities in nine provinces providing integrated health, employer services, medical assessments, and rehabilitation services across Canada. Lifemark employs over 5,000 clinical practitioners and client service support staff. As a strategic leader, the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will shape and guide Lifemark’s financial strategy during a period of significant growth. Reporting to the CFO, this role will lead the consolidated financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting process for Lifemark. The individual will work closely with senior leadership, to ensure sound financial decision-making, robust capital management and support the short-term and long-term objectives of the business. Success in this role requires deep expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, and business partnering within a multi-location, high-growth environment. It will take a story teller to convey key messages beyond the numbers.
