About The Position

CrowdStrike is seeking a Corporate Development M&A Integration & Operations Director to build operational infrastructure across the corporate development lifecycle. The role owns diligence support and acquisition integration execution, creates scalable systems and processes for the corporate development team, and maintains visibility across investments through Falcon Fund, CrowdStrike’s investment vehicle. The Director evaluates organizational fit, integration risks, and operational readiness during diligence, coordinating cross-functional workstreams and providing clear recommendations to deal leads. From late-stage diligence through steady state, the role leads integration planning and execution, including change management, employee retention planning, organizational transitions, commercial integration, KPI and synergy tracking, and communication with sponsors and executives. The Director also establishes diligence templates, integration playbooks, governance processes, and data- and AI-enabled tools to improve visibility and execution. The position serves as a bridge between deal teams and the wider organization, manages complex stakeholder dependencies, and supports Falcon Fund portfolio companies and their alignment with CrowdStrike. Portfolio responsibilities include QBRs, coordination with Technology Alliances, accounting and financial reporting oversight, synergy identification, and regular performance and strategic-alignment updates.

  • Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end M&A integrations across multiple transaction types, including acqui-hires, platform acquisitions, asset purchases, and mergers.
  • Strong program management skills and ability to keep complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams on track without direct authority.
  • Clear, concise communication skills with executives, functional partners, and founders, and the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
  • Initiative and judgment to build a function from scratch without an existing playbook.
  • Familiarity with data and AI tools and strong interest in creating more efficient, instrumented ways of working.
  • Experience in software, cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Understanding of commercial integration activities such as customer transition, contract migration, sales coverage, GTM systems, customer success handoff, and field execution.
  • Experience coordinating with GTM and sales operations teams on enterprise go-to-market integration.
  • Experience managing or monitoring a portfolio of strategic investments.
  • Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading integrations and familiarity with common integration failure points.
  • Comfort operating in executive steering committees, founder transition conversations, and detailed workstream reviews.
  • Ability to identify integration risks during diligence before they become post-close problems.
  • Ability to press functional leaders for clarity while maintaining trust and credibility.
  • Ability to translate strategic deal rationale into a practical execution plan.
  • Interest in building systems that make future work faster and more repeatable.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate organizational fit, integration risks, and operational readiness during diligence, and identify issues relevant to deal structure or timing.
  • Coordinate cross-functional diligence workstreams and synthesize findings into recommendations for deal leads.
  • Own acquisition integration planning and execution from late-stage diligence through steady state, including change management, employee retention planning, and organizational transition.
  • Translate deal theses into functional plans with owners, milestones, risks, and decision points.
  • Partner with GTM Operations on commercial integration and align deal intent with field execution.
  • Track integration KPIs and synergy realization against the deal thesis, and report milestones, progress, risks, blockers, and recommendations to sponsors and executive leadership.
  • Run integration retrospectives and apply lessons learned to future diligence, term sheet assumptions, and integration planning.
  • Establish operational infrastructure for corporate development, including diligence templates, integration playbooks, data tools, and AI tools.
  • Use AI-enabled workflows to improve integration planning, playbooks, governance cadences, and reusable transaction templates.
  • Bridge deal teams and the broader organization during diligence and integration by managing dependencies, driving decisions, and keeping workstreams on track.
  • Identify opportunities for Falcon Fund portfolio companies to deepen product, go-to-market, or ecosystem alignment with CrowdStrike.
  • Support and manage the Falcon Fund portfolio, including QBRs, Technology Alliances coordination, accounting and financial reporting oversight, and synergy identification.
