About The Position

As a remote Director of Contract Management, you will report to an Associate VP of Contract Management. You will be responsible for leading contract management, compliance, subcontract administration, procurement oversight, and ethics and compliance functions across multiple Federal Government programs. You will provide strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure government contracts, subcontracts, purchasing activities, small business commitments, and compliance programs are administered according to applicable contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Service)
• Bachelor's degree
• 10 years experience in Federal Government contracting
• 5 years of leadership experience
• Must have one of the following certifications - Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA), CPCM or CFCM
• In-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
• In-depth knowledge of Small Business Program Requirements
• In-depth knowledge of Change Order Proposal Requirements
• Self-provided internet service must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
