About The Position

The Director will partner across Product, Design, Clinical, Marketing, CRM, and Customer Experience to align messaging and deliver a cohesive member experience. The role also includes building AI-assisted workflows that help the team create content efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including 1–2 years of direct management experience.
  • Proven content strategy leadership in a complex consumer digital product, with measurable impact across multiple content surfaces.
  • Experience creating content on the lifestyle side of improving health, including nutrition, weight management, sleep, stress, movement, and habit formation.
  • Ability to speak credibly about the clinical side of health, including treatments members may be taking through Noom, and partner with clinicians to turn complex information into clear, accurate content.
  • Experience applying behavior change science and psychology-based approaches, such as CBT, motivational interviewing, or habit-formation frameworks, to digital content and experiences.
  • Track record of managing and developing content professionals and prioritizing work across a small team supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong hands-on writing and editing skills, with sound judgment around accuracy, tone, and trust in health-related content.
  • Experience using data and research to guide content decisions and measure engagement or conversion.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to align Product, Design, Marketing, Clinical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI tools to content workflows to improve speed and quality.
  • Ability to set realistic goals and deliver across a broad, evolving scope with limited resources.
  • Commitment to accessible, human-centered content.
