FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days, Schedule: Mon-Fri Business Hours Position Summary The Director Compensation will manage a team responsible for the design, evaluation, streamlining, and implementation of Compensation policies, programs, objectives, and initiatives at MultiCare Health System. This includes base pay, incentive pay, and analytics, ensuring market competitiveness with a best-practice approach. Responsibilities also include managing Compensation administration in Workday, reports and dashboard development, change management, M&A activity, and system implementations and integrations. This position is strategy focused and collaborates with Human Potential (HP) leadership in System-wide project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Eight (8) years of progressive experience within compensation function with increased responsibility
  • Five (5) years in managerial, supervisory, consultant capacity or comparable

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience with Workday preferred, but not required
  • Certification in related area preferred (i.e. CCP, CBP, PHR)
