About The Position

Working closely with the Client Organization, the Director supports client management and business development and cultivates broker relationships that generate consistent, in-appetite submissions. Success is measured across financial performance, underwriting quality, operational throughput, team capability, and broker and client experience. The role also partners across the organization on portfolio performance, reporting, referrals, reinsurance input, and business reviews, and travels as needed for enterprise and divisional meetings, industry events, and other in-person meetings.
