The Director, Liability Claims leads WCF's general liability claims function, providing strategic, operational, and technical leadership to support consistent claim outcomes, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. This role develops claims strategies and standards, partners with key business stakeholders to manage risk and improve outcomes, and provides leadership and direction for a high-performing claims team. This position may be based at WCF's headquarters in Sandy, Utah, or in one of our regional offices in Meridian, Idaho; Las Vegas, Nevada; Englewood, Colorado; or Phoenix, Arizona.
