Reporting to the Executive Director, US Commercial Learning and Development, this role leads the US Liver CL+D team and is responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive learning strategy that advances business priorities, strengthens field capability, and builds manager effectiveness. This individual oversees the design, implementation, and sustainment of training across the US Liver business, while coaching and developing a team of training leaders to deliver high-impact, compliant, and business-relevant learning solutions. This is a remote role with up to 25% travel required.
