Leads and continually develops the analytical capabilities supporting strategic and tactical decision making for a growing commercial organization and a portfolio of pipeline product candidates. Acts as a key business partner and strategist to Sales, Brand Marketing, Market Access, and New Product Marketing for providing objective, in-depth information, insights, and recommendations. Leads a team accountable for delivering a broad range of analytical support solutions based on primary market research, secondary analytics, advanced analytics, ongoing competitive surveillance, and/or forecasting. Leverages a strong understanding of the marketplace, competition, customer/payer, and product dynamics to build and execute the brand analytics plan. Partners cross functionally to ensure coordination of services and deliverables, including brand dashboards of key performance indicators and annual/quarterly forecasts. Ensures that all analytical projects are implemented based on the most appropriate statistical and analytical methodologies, and that key results are synthesized into easily understandable and persuasive presentations with insights that can have a measurable impact.
