About The Position

Morgan Stanley Services Group Inc. is seeking a Director, Cloud & Infra Engineer in New York, New York to develop, test, and maintain Mainframe automation setups to ensure system reliability, stability, and performance. Provide ongoing support for existing automation tools and features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements and address performance issues. Provide support for Mainframe automation across multiple client environments. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study.
Five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as a Computer Systems Engineer, Cloud Infra Specialist, or a closely related occupation.
Five (5) years of experience with z/OS Systems Programming and tools including Broadcom OPS-MVS and IBM Systems Automation; restructured extended executor (REXX); Job Entry Subsystem 2 (JES2); Job Control Language (JCL); Time Sharing Option (TSO) and Interactive System Productivity Facility (ISPF); and SYSLOG and OPSLOG debugging.
Four (4) years of experience with Broadcom SYSVIEW; and ChangeMan.
Three (3) years of experience with System Modification Program/Extended (SMP/E); and IBM & ISV product License Management and Mainframe product install, upgrade, and maintenance.
