About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Cloud/AWS/IAM Engineer for a Lead Role. This is a full-time, remote position. The ideal candidate will have strong AWS IAM expertise, including roles, trust policies, policy conditions, and cross-account access. You will also have hands-on experience with AWS resource policies (e.g., S3, KMS) and SCP impact within AWS Organizations. A proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related access issues is crucial. The role requires the capability to review and design cloud architecture with a focus on secure, least-privilege access, and experience defining and maintaining IAM standards, patterns, and processes. Strong communication skills are essential to work effectively with application and platform teams.

Requirements
