About The Position

We are seeking a Senior AWS Cloud IAM Engineer with strong expertise in AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM). This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access controls within our AWS environment. You will be responsible for ensuring least privilege access, troubleshooting complex IAM issues, and collaborating with various teams to integrate secure IAM practices into their workflows. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS IAM policies, resource policies, and AWS Organizations, along with excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Strong AWS IAM expertise, including roles, trust policies, policy conditions, and cross-account access.
• Hands-on experience with AWS resource policies (e.g., S3, KMS) and SCP impact within AWS Organizations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related access issues.
• Capability to review and design cloud architecture with a focus on secure, least privilege access.
• Experience defining and maintaining IAM standards, patterns, and processes.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with application and platform teams.

Responsibilities
