Clinician Engagement is a new function at DataSpring, created to deepen the relationship between DataSpring and the clinicians and provider organizations who contribute to and rely on our data. The function exists to increase trust and positive perception within the clinician user community, improve the quality of the data clinicians provide, and grow the volume of clinicians in our database, including the number who are active and attested. The Director, Clinician Engagement leads this function. The position builds and stewards the forums where clinicians and provider staff shape our direction, develops partnerships with the provider organizations clinicians already trust, and serves as DataSpring's internal subject matter expert on clinician perspective. The role accelerates the reach and credibility of work already underway across Marketing, Product, and Insights by bringing clinician voice and clinician relationships to it. This is role spans strategy and execution. The Director sets direction and holds the senior relationships, and also does the hands-on work of running councils, managing partner relationships week to week, and synthesizing what clinicians say into direction the rest of the organization can act on. Success depends on convening the right clinicians, earning their sustained participation, and closing the loop so they see their input reflected in what DataSpring builds and says.
