About The Position

As the Director of Client Support, you will serve as a strategic "leader of leaders," driving operational excellence and high-touch service for our Enterprise Partner Support organization. In this senior executive role, you will champion a client-facing team that navigates our matrixed business model to support enterprise participants. You will empower and guide a management team dedicated to seamless onboarding, continuous product enablement, and world-class relationship management for our most strategic global partners.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in client support, account management or relationship management within the payments, fintech or financial services industries
  • At least 5 years of people leadership and performance management experience

  • Experience working within a major payment network
  • 10+ years of experience in client support, account management or relationship management within the payments, fintech or financial services industries
  • 7+ years of people leadership and performance management experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a core member of the United States & Canadian Markets Operations Leadership Team
  • Lead the Enablement Partner Support team and provide operational support for Discover network participants including issuers, acquirers and processors
  • Deliver operational readiness, improve our operating model and enhance partner support
  • Establish and sustain a well managed operating environment and deliver impactful results
