About The Position

Director Client Success Leads client success initiatives across a portfolio of accounts, ensuring consistent delivery of value, strategic alignment, and operational excellence. Oversees client service managers and partners cross-functionally to drive retention and growth. The Company is one of North America’s leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales, merchandising, category management, and marketing services to manufacturers, suppliers, and producers of food products and consumer packaged goods. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8-10 years experience in relevant field (Client success, account management, or business development experience in the CPG industry preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Client relationship management expertise
  • Strategic thinking capabilities
  • Data analysis skills

Responsibilities

  • Manages and mentors client service managers to ensure consistent client engagement and satisfaction
  • Develops and implements client success strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Monitors client health metrics and proactively addresses risks to retention
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated client issues
  • Develops process improvement initiatives across client success operations
  • Ensures compliance with client contracts and service level agreements
  • Supports strategic planning and forecasting for client services
  • Leads commercialization projects for clients, executing agreed upon deliverables
