Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management within the global mobility industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, executive-level client relationships
  • Strong consultative and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter who works well autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems quickly
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • CRP and/or GMS certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned client relationships with a focus on retention, profitability, and service excellence
  • Develop strategic plans and best practices that deepen client partnerships and drive measurable outcomes
  • Consult with clients and internal teams on global mobility trends, policy changes, and program enhancements
  • Design and conduct tailored client business reviews
  • Serve as the escalation point for client and relocating employee issues when it matters most
  • Partner with the Client Relations team on account management strategies and new opportunities
  • Support sales presentations and new client implementations as needed
  • Represent Plus in industry forums and professional networks
