About The Position
The Director, Business Transformation (AI Transformation) leads the definition, articulation, and execution of the enterprise AI transformation strategy, ensuring it is clearly understood, consistently applied, and translated into measurable business outcomes. This role is accountable for establishing the strategic narrative, transformation framework, and operating model that connect vision to execution - enabling scalable, repeatable adoption of AI across core business processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years in business transformation, strategy, or consulting
- Proven ability to define and communicate strategy at an executive level
- Experience leading enterprise transformation programs
- Strong understanding of AI/automation and business application
- Track record of bridging strategy to execution and delivering results
Responsibilities
- Support the development of the AI transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities
- Translate strategy into a clear, compelling narrative for leaders and teams
- Drive consistent communication of “what, why, and how” across the organization
- Partner with executives to ensure alignment, clarity, and sponsorship
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on AI transformation priorities
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Business, IT, Data, and Product teams
- Build organizational capability in AI-enabled transformation and strategic execution
- Coach teams on structured problem solving and strategy-to-execution discipline
