About The Position

This job oversees all accounting, reporting and analytical activities for the Business Services Accounting functional team. Ensures accurate and timely preparation of journal entries, financial reporting, and operational analysis in accordance with corporate policies and GAAP. Provides leadership to the Business Services accounting team and collaborates with cross functional partners to support business operations and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Accounting (Required)
  • 10 Years + Relevant Work Experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Business Services accounting functions, ensuring adherence to company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare timely, accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Analyze financial results, identify variances, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
  • Review and manage supporting account reconciliations and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and alignment with reported balances.
  • Ensure compliance policies, trust indentures, debt covenants, rules, regulations and laws.
  • Stays abreast of legal, regulatory and policy developments and audit guidelines affecting areas of responsibility; enforces legal and regulatory requirements impartially; reviews financial reporting for compliance with GAAP.
  • Leads acquisition‑related activities impacting Business Services accounting.
  • Provide leadership by setting goals, performance expectations, and departmental standards for the accounting team.
  • Partner with Finance and Business Operations teams to deliver accurate and timely financial information.
  • Develop and refine procedures to support operational and policy changes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation within the team.
  • Consistently exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
