About The Position

Neighborly is seeking a Director, Business Operations for the Real Property Management team. This role is crucial in driving the success of Franchise Business Owners by acting as a strategic partner, operational leader, and brand ambassador. The Director will foster strong relationships, provide exceptional support, and champion initiatives aligned with the mission to be a premier third-party, full-service real estate management organization in North America. As a trusted advisor, the Director will offer timely and accurate support across software, systems, and maintenance operations, empowering franchisees to grow. Through active engagement and collaboration, this leader will enhance the franchisee experience by leveraging internal tools, programs, and networks to reinforce brand standards and operational excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; business, finance, property management preferred.
Certification in the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) preferred.
Five (5) or more years related experience as a business coach, small business owner, property management, or equivalent combination of experience.
Collaborative – Work closely with internal Real Property Management teams to execute Franchise Business Owner strategic plans.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for Franchise Business Owners, providing timely and accurate software and maintenance support.
Champion Real Property Management’s systems and processes to support Franchise Business Owners’ growth.
Develop Key Performance Indicators to measure performance both as an entire organization and the individual franchise location.
Develop strong internal and external relationships to enhance the experience of Franchise Business Owners.
Utilize tools, programs, systems, and networks to strengthen and reinforce programs and policies.
Help plan, coordinate, and manage programs and initiatives to establish Real Property Management’s priorities.
Help franchisees achieve their dreams through business ownership within the Real Property Management system.
