Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles.
  • Equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage portfolio of OPEX spend.
  • Lead near- and long-term Surface investments.
  • Be a critical partner in making product roadmap decisions.
  • Bring a variety of perspectives to portfolio and investment plans.
  • Find solutions to problems others have not yet seen.
  • Deliver product investment plans, aligned with product portfolio plans.
  • Establish a set of processes across the Surface Team to manage and forecast spend (e.g., SOWs, contracts, negotiations, POs, etc.).
  • Provide regular updates and conversations with the W+D Leadership Team on status, trends, and recommendations as part of our ROB.
  • Build partnerships and solid relationships with individual Product Managers, Program Leaders and their teams to understand their plans across an integrated roadmap, working through these plans along with managing risks mitigations and changes.
  • Improve structure and processes.
