Visa’s internal Social Studio is seeking a visionary leader to manage major campaign development and oversee flagship social capabilities and growth across Core Brand and Marketing Services. This role serves as the senior business owner for assigned initiatives—translating strategy into clear creative direction, aligning executive and cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring work is delivered with excellence, speed, and rigor. This role reports to the Sr. Director/Head of the Social Studio at Visa. You’ll partner closely with Creative Studio, Marketing Services, Global Brand Marketing, Sponsorships, PR, Experiential, Media, Legal, and Finance—leading internal and external partners from brief to launch. You’ll also help evolve a modern in-house model by raising creative standards, strengthening end-to-end processes, and introducing new ways of working, including AI-enabled efficiency.
